Thanks to their ideal location, you will benefit from a renting of lodging in Bay of the Somme favourable to the discovery, in some meters only, the big refuge of a multitude of migratory birds: the Ornithological Park of Marquenterre, but not only!

Throughout the year, you can meet up with family or friends in a gîte rental in the Baie de Somme to spend a pleasant and comfortable stay in a green and peaceful setting. Whatever your dates of stay, you will find at the 4 star campsite Le Champ Neuf, rentals in gites available all year round, between land and sea. From 1 November to 31 March, the gites are rented without access to the swimming pool.

Our comfortable gîtes in the Baie de Somme
For your next stay, we offer several types of very spacious gites to accommodate the whole family or friends. Indeed, we offer you holiday rentals (Baie de Somme) that can accommodate from 4 to 10 people:
- 1 gîte of 130 m² with 4 bedrooms for 10 people,
- 1 gîte of 110 m² with 4 bedrooms for 8 people,
- 2 gîte of 100 m² with 3 bedrooms for 6 people,
- 1 gîte of 50 m² with 2 bedrooms for 4 people,
- 1 gîte of 230 m² with 7 bedrooms for 15 people.
The gîtes have a private terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers and a parasol so that you can enjoy your outdoor space with your friends and family. To spend pleasant convivial moments, we put at your disposal barbecues on request at the reception.
For the 10-person, 8-person, 6-person and 4-person gîtes, you can choose to have your beds made on arrival (€15 per bed) and towels (€12 per person: one large and one small towel). For the 15-person gîte, beds made up on arrival and bathroom linen are included in the gîte rental price.

The aquatic and wellness area just a stone’s throw from your gîte rental in the Baie de Somme
Although you are not staying on one of our pitches or in a mobile home or chalet at our campsite near Fort Mahon, you can still enjoy swimming! In fact, from April to October, you can have fun, enjoy yourself and relax at thewater park. Our Baie de somme campsite has a covered and heated swimming pool for all ages with slides, jacuzzi, waterfall, paddling pool, river with current and water games for the children. Please note that the water park is closed from 1st November to 31st March.
A variety of activities for your children
Children will enjoy the playground, the bouncy castles and will be able to ask their parents for help on the football pitch, the multi-sports pitch, the table tennis tables or join them on the petanque courts to play with friends.
Travel light in the Baie de Somme
Duvets and pillows are provided. You will only have to bring your own sheets, tea towels, towels… You can also rent disposable sheets.
We rent cots and high chairs. It is best to book in advance according to availability.
A deposit of EUR 300 will be required on arrival and a deposit of EUR 70, 80 or 100 for the final cleaning. If you do not wish to do the cleaning yourself, you have the possibility to ask for the final cleaning of your accommodation.
The balance of your stay in a gîte in the Baie de Somme must be paid two weeks before your arrival.
